Clear Vision Ownership Group was founded in 2026 by a team of real estate attorneys and consumer advocates who had seen firsthand how predatory timeshare sales practices left families financially trapped. The contracts were complex, the maintenance fees kept rising, and the resorts had little incentive to help owners get out.
